fishot
Has anyone any thoughts on these please? How would you rate them compared to shells?
fenboy
I brought some, did not like the colour , they are far to dark / purple, although I shot a few using them I never felt confident in them so sold them.
FalconFN
I have a dozen FUDs and they work as well as any decoys. Pigeons aren't that bright so although to us they look odd, pigeons don't seem to mind. in the past I have used them to get pigeons to land in the pattern for air rifle shooting with no problems. I shot over them this afternoon to good effect too. Edit. I use them as they fold flat and I are easy to carry, but a stack of shells won't be all that much bigger. FalconFN
Hmmm, I've just tried the microwave tip on an old FUD and it killed it. I used one that had a trip through a combine so it didn't matter if it ruined it - just as well as one if the rivets melted and popped. On the plus side the neck looks a much more natural shape It made no difference to the shade either.
