Longbower
So, I go shooting this afternoon, in a location that I have not been on before, even though its on the 'permission'. As soon as I dived into my 'pop up hide' they started coming in , the 410 sxs was red hot in minutes. Trouble is , 80% of them were wild ferals!!!! Not woodies . I actually had to stop shooting them as I was running out of shells. As good a practice as they were. My question is this.I was always told, by a' long dead uncle ' "if its feral its not fit for eating"! And, an acquaintance, repeated the same recently. Your learned thoughts please. JDog
'Wild ferals' no less. I wouldn't eat them. I passed up loads of opportunities at ferals today.
