Griesdale Pike and the Horseshoe is a nice one in the lakes!

 

I have done the Horse Shoe a few times and it's simply stunning when your up there.

 

Start early and get to the top of Scafell Pike then over to eel crag and across High moss etc

 

All in all a 10 mile hike and a height of just over 4000 feet at the highest point :P

 

I recomend it to anyone.

cheers the one we are doing is the long one thats Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and then Snowdon in 24 hours really looking fowards to it

If your comming in from the Langdale route then Broad Crag can be a pain in the *** for footing :stupid:

 

Very rough under foot :P

It certainly looks a worthwhile cause, :P

 

I would be interested in doing one of those runs, where four blokes carry someone on a stretcher.

All I have to do now is find four blokes to carry the stretcher. :stupid:

 

 

why am i not suprised at that :stupid::stupid::stupid::stupid: think smarter not harder right :stupid:
