Never had a problem. I always use them. Quicker turn round the gmk as well. Just give a spam email address as you will get a few emails a week from them.

 

Forgot to say. I ordered a hammer for a friend 687 and then topped the order up to 50euro for the free delivery then did next day delivery for 14euro as they get cheaper too. I ordered on a Friday and it was on my door Monday at 9am. Plus you get parcel tracking.

 

I have no problems ordering from them.

Thanks for the feedback phil, I ordered one earlier so fingers crossed.

 

They asked me to send some pictures of the stock/forend colour so they can match close as they can and explained if they can't find a close match they won't send it, which I think is pretty fair

compared to gmk there email turnaround time and general helpfulness blows gmk out the water :)

All can say is wow

 

Excellent service is an understatement , from my intial email to when my order arrived yesterday there service has been impeccable.

 

They requested pictures to match the new forend i wanted to order so they did not send a replica of what i currently have.

Took time to find a colour/figure match, sent those pictures to me to confirm i was happy with the match, within an hour of me returning a ok email the order was processed and a tracking number sent on wednesday morning, order arrived yesterday afternoon. :good:

 

Just one question to ask now

 

Why cant GMK do this level of service and helpfulness

Because they don't think they need too after all they have a monopoly on all things beretta in the UK. Beretta now own most of GMK, why dont they let the estore manage the uk operations?

Thats no excuse though really,would estore get the same though if they had the lot ??

To be fair GMK shouldn't deal with the Public they are supposed to be trade only but the water gets muddied...

 

 

No thats very true in there defence they shouldnt , but that doesnt stop them from answering emails and being helpful to my rfd regarding colour match etc though

 

And not forgeting the appaling service i recieved when both my new gun failed and needed warranty work a few months after purchase, to me it gives a good indication of what there service is like :)
