It looks like its got a bar screwd across the arms do I have to remove it to let the arms go up and sown . lakeside1000 Posted November 27, 2014 Report Share Posted November 27, 2014 Just a couple of things to remember , only use birds with good wings, birds with broken wings especially at the wrist joint will not look right when flapping as the broken end goes in the opposite direction to the rest of the wing, as sitsinhedges says, break the wing as near to the body as possible, I just lay the wing across the battery and press down, they break easy, try to get the attitude of the bird as normal as possible, most flappers would have them going up vertically, I like to lay mine over so it looks like they are just moving around in the pattern, plus the back and neck are visible from virtually 360 degrees.
