harrycatcat1
Thought we would have a trip across to Kirton marsh Lincs to see if the wind (weather not gastric) would help get a duck so I put half a dozen decoys in the bag and set off on the two hour drive. All I saw was a trillion Brent and a shelduck that came down to the decoys. I took some pictures of the trip and if you zoom in you will see the Brent. One of the pics shows three gloves, two neoprene and one leather. The neoprene ones seemed to be making my hands colder than none at all !! It was surprisingly cold in that wind. I still enjoyed the trip even though there was nothing in the bag, I am used to that bit. Regards Hcc

I should think you where home from the marsh before i even got out of bed today
fenboy
I have not been for best part of 3 weeks due to being ill , I will hopefully get out this week . I find the neoprene gloves just the nsame HC , as much use as a chocolate fireguard they are. Nice pics

Big Mat
Is that one more than in 2014 ?? Well done matt. I've not managed a foreshore one this season, work has kept me off the shore for the best of it. I did manage a couple of mallard inland and on the washes in 2014.
