chrisjpainter
Chris it's the text you quoted from the parcel force site: from another page: http://www.parcelforce.com/conditions-of-carriage#Compensation Limits and Refunds The "Max inclusive cover" for PF express 48 is £100 Simon See that's the thing. I've sent a couple of guns via PF 48 and both times i called about insurance. Both times i was told the same - that the maximum insurance for air guns was the £2.5k and that what they meant by enhanced was beyond the enhanced cover - available if you wanted to send a non-restricted item via PF48 but insured beyond the £2,500 mark. Like evo, I was assured they would be covered
Simonc_here
And that's where it all falls down. The bit the public can access says one thing and internally they say another. I guess the test will be when someone tries to claim.
