  1. You need to register a domain, the xxxx.co.uk bit in your address. Then you can use one of the many email hosting sites to deal with the email side of it for you. The email hosting site may offer registering the domain for you as well for an additional fee if you haven't got one. If you already have a domain and a website, you will probably find you already have access to some limited email hosting. simon
  2. Some newer phones and some providers allow you to use your wifi connection from your phone to make and receive normal phone calls. Some providers you have to use an app on your phone like O2's TuGo app. Basically if you don't have a phone signal, but you do have wifi, your phone calls are sent over wifi instead. It's not the same as the suresignal box.
  3. The netgear plug should be direct into a wall socket as it uses your house wiring to pass the internet signals to the other netgear plug. If it fits, there would be no problem in plugging the router's plug into the sure signal plug and then the whole lot into the wall socket.
  4. Our older sure signal has worked for years stuck away in the loft. Leave your Netgear plugs alone, they are moving data from the router in the hall to your computer. Plug the sure signal into a normal plug socket or even extension lead near to your router in the hall. Plug a new Ethernet cable (there should be one in the box the sure signal came in) into your sure signal and the other end into router in the hall in one of the sockets next to the one that goes to your Netgear Ethernet plug. that should be it.
  5. Tablets and phones wont have the input he needs unless he is wanting to run a USB something into it. Smallest (possibly not what you are after) may be something like a VF-2. Or there is the Angel Eye recorder with 2.5" screen and recording capabilities?
  6. You shouldn't have to press it hard at all, in fact pressing harder should be worse than a gentle touch. These aren't the resistive displays of older products. Other than it might just be dead, you could try giving the screen a damn good clean as oils and dust make them unresponsive. Simon
  7. Some are, some aren't (sometimes) Sometimes it's the pellet, though Exacts are normally fine. I tend to load my magazines then tap the "front" face on the stock to make sure the pellets are all settled nicely in the right place. Too far back and they catch on the back face of the mag. Although that normally causes the mag not to rotate rather than the probe not going forward. The other thing to check is that your magnet is still in the right place, holding the mag in properly. Simon
  8. You just need to change the view settings on the folder. Assuming windows 7: Open windows explorer Go to the CD drive so you can see the file names (numbers) on the disk. At the top right of the window are 3 button/menus (one on the far right is a ? in a circle) You want to click on the first one which has a little downward pointing triangle next to it. Choose Large, Medium or small Icons as you preference. You should now see the pictures on the CD rather than the file names
  9. Have you signed in to the hotel wifi on your s4? try an address like http://www.bbc.co.uk (note it's not https) and it might direct you to the hotel login page. After you log it it should work. The other option is if the message mentions time or clock is to make sure your phones clock is set to the correct local time.
  10. Windows movie maker is free and works fine for basic editing. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/movie-maker it's part of windows essentials, but you don't have to install the rest of it. Just drag and drop the footage from the cameras in to the timeline and split and move the footage to where you want it. You can't do anything about the resolution of the 480p footage, but you can add transitions between them to make it less jarring. Simon
  11. Just saw this on that XTX air website page that was linked: Just amused me.
  12. We have ours in the loft and it give signal throughout the house. 3g signal, just like from a normal mast, so yes it does phone calls as well. I've got an O2 phone that has the O2 tugo app on it, but it's really bad for picking up incoming calls.
  13. The fn19 does about 70 shots in .22
  14. And that's where it all falls down. The bit the public can access says one thing and internally they say another. I guess the test will be when someone tries to claim.
  15. And this is why there is so much confusion if even the managers don't know what the website says how should we know which is the truth? Directly from this page: http://www.parcelforce.com/help-and-advice/sending/prohibitions-and-restrictions Chris only quoted part of the section, it says: Hence the no enhanced cover available. Maybe it was a different insurance product you were sold with it?
