Kernowshooter
Is anyone shooting crows in the Tamar Valley area "Callington" There seem to be loads around but cant get an permissions. So there's either people already out shooting them or they aren't causing many problems. Does anyone have any ideas???
rimfire4969
It's a tricky one, I find some farmers don't mind rooks also up the Tamer valley there are plenty of pheasent shoots so I expect the land already occupied. Keep door knocking is about all I can suggest.
george123456789
I shoot a mile and a half outside Callington in a village called Trevigro. Lots of crows about where I shoot but not tried finding anywhere else to have a go! Where exactly are you seeing them?

Some here in SW Cornwall, most of the farmers I know arent bothered by rooks unless they're on drillings or wheat, then its war I too tend to agree with them and dont normally shoot rooks unless they're on drillings or wheat. Carrion or jackdaws on the other hand...let the lead fly!!
Kernowshooter
I'm at St Anns Chapel. I'll keep enquiring. Ive got permission's to shoot crows pigeons etc but they are all an hours drive. Just though it was strange and was wondering if anyone was already shooting them round this way. Thanks for your reply's.
