deadeye ive
The car above is giving me greif and I'm wondering if any one can help without advising me to go to the local main dealer paying a few hundred pounds for what I consider to be a quick fix The problem is as follows The car thinks the drivers side door is open even though it is well shut and refuses to be locked either mechanically with the key or with the fob and just keeps reopening I have focused my attention combined with my limited ability around the door catch area as I feel the circuit is'nt complete . If there is anybody with knowledge in this area or can put me on the right track then it would be most appreciated .

The ecu will get asignal from the pin switch on the door. You will probabley find the connections need cleaning. this pin switch also controls the interior light. Hope this helps
