greenshank1 Posted April 13, 2015 Report Share Posted April 13, 2015 Just done a recipe off scotlands natural larder web site with greylag breasts. It worked brilliantly and even the kids ate it. All the previous geese I have done have been mediocre at best or so tough you could resole your boots with them so I am delighted with tonight's efforts.
