Did you remember ?

I didn't, not that it matters too much as its Sunday and I wasn't doing anything time sensitive today.

My wife is at our eldest daughters in Stratford upon Avon, for a long weekend and doesn't come home until Tuesday.

By then I have to work out how the darn timerclocks work on the external lights and the central heating/hot water boiler.

They are the ones with fiddly slots, both different and no handbook to help me.

The thing I must not do, is telephone her and ask how to do it.........................I know she is waiting for that call. :D

I have until Tuesday to work it out. :good:

Once an intensive care sister rolled up 1hr for work late on tuesday, she chilled out and forgot to put the clocks forward. Years ago it was simple to set 'the clock + watch' even in a hospital is was fairly easy - now its a major job. In Hospitals we give up and put all time down as B, STD. TIME. with hundreds of devices.

I invited friends round for sunday lunch and forgot to put my watch forward so thought I had plenty of time for the meat to cook only to find I was an hour behind schedule, oops, still they seemed to enjoy the wine I plyed them with while we waited.

I forgot, ended up at the bootsale an hour late @ 6.30 instead of 5.30. All the bargains had gone by then. :good:

It wasn't the Indians was it? Not being racist at all but they are like a plague of locusts at our local boot sales.

Not in Carmarthen. In Cardiff though same story as you.

Its great with the clocks going back! I can bunk off work +1hr, clocks back +1hr, getting lighter +1hr =+3hrs extra so last evening I was off to the woods and had 5 hrs hunting. The low sun was a bit of a problem in open woodland pasture =big spaces to find cover but it worked, 7-squirrels 4-bunnies. :/
