Duckandswing
Just looking for some info on my side by side. Its stamped B.C. Miroku. Says made in Japan, assembled in Korea. Any idea of the date of manufacture?
Danger-Mouse
Are there letters in the serial number? If there aren`t that will give you a "pre" date, although I can`t remember off hand exactly when they started with the letters. I`ve the same problem with my SW800. Duckandswing
No letters in the serial number. Its a 12 gauge, ejector with 2&3/4 chambers.
Gunman
It will be British proofed so there should be a proof date stamp .Assuming it was imported by the agents and not a personal import with later proof .

There are loads of stamps on it. Not sure what they all mean though.
Gunman
Is it London or Birmingham ?
Duckandswing
Worked out its Birmingham. Has a crown with bnp underneath, so dates between 1954 and 1989 I think.
Gunman
There will be a date stamp either crossed pikes with a number or a circle with 2 letters and a number .
Duckandswing
The only letters in a circle are sp. I'll try and take a photo later.
