ditchman Posted November 16, 2016 Report Share Posted November 16, 2016 one problem with mastic...............if you put it on....you will never get it off again.................trick is.....degrease one side to be stuck...apply mastic....the opposing face put a very very thin coat of grease on....let the mastic cure and start to form a skin...then bolt it into position.....then if it ever has to come apart ...for whatever...it will do so easily... viking Posted November 17, 2016 Author Report Share Posted November 17, 2016 been a busy boy today after work.got the floor plates out and the gearbox tunnel and thought id try put it all in, first i put it together on the bench to see if it all sat and fit ok .
