viking
thinking about it, there is the sound proofing to go in, and the carpet set so it wont even be seen might just get a bit of tin plate and mastic it over the hole just to stop any water getting in from underneath

viking
well just spent the last 4 hours in the garage and didnt seem to get much done, got the seat base all bolted in, seem to be maybe missing some bolts or screws for the floor plates, or maybe there about somewhere, so didnt get them in, realised that iv not put the spring above the tunnel for the hi-low box its below so that will need to come off and be put right

Fuji Shooter
Can you not buy new covers and change them over? I replaced all the foams in the 90 at the same time, only took an hour.

viking
Can you not buy new covers and change them over? I replaced all the foams in the 90 at the same time, only took an hour. i can but the correct material from martrim but didnt really want to go down that route, as there in such good original condition, no sagging on the foam, no rips or even ant signs of wear, tought choice but i wanted to stick with what i have, they may come a bit cleaner dont forget to put the spacers underneath the seat frames when you bolt them in............. what spacers, where, i need pictures Any mastic involved at all in that process Ditchy or rubber bungs
ditchman
the spacers look like 1/2" thick steel washers....they are there to.... get the seat height right so the carpet can be removed ok if you havnt got them round off some 3/4" nuts.. if you relly want pics i will do a couple.........
