Elliott.J.Drew
Has anyone got experience with using 10 bore all metal cartridges. I know a precision engineering firm who have made them in the past for people. And was thinking about trying them. But are they easy to reload?how do they perform? I have no idea about them at all...so some useful information would be great! More simply put is it a realistic idea and actually viable? saddler
Viable? Depends on the purchase price I load all brass 12-ga ones, very simple & can even be done without dies if need be - though I have also got 10-ga dies in case I ever find some all-brass 10-ga cases for myself. Then only stockist I have seen in the past was CircleFly in the USA & they cost a few $$$ per case Edited September 14, 2015 by saddler

A friend will machine the cases for me out of what ever he thinks is most suitable. Most likely brass. All I would need are the primers, wad and cap etc. how do they differ in performance if at all? And how reusable are they? I'm just curious if they will be better than reloading GameBore rhinos ? derbyduck
make sure you get the right sort of brass ! I blew a big zab 10 off the face trying to go down the brass route years ago when it was hard to get hold of the 3.5 case ,to be honest it aint worth the bother when you can get new cases from clay & game cheap enough !
