pigeon controller
During a conversation with an other member on here we were talking about the time that you have to decoy birds . With beans, acorns ,maize and peas they can fill up in a few minutes . Clover, rape, cabbage and sprouts it take a lot longer to fill up . I'm aware that meobolic rate comes into it and they digest faster than others. I raised this to highlight to newer members that the time you have to make a bag is determined by the crop they are feeding on and the number of feeding birds in your area. JDog
An interesting point. However those feeding times only apply when the birds are not disturbed by shooting. It wouldn't matter if you were in a bean field or a clover field the first birds back will be shot at and therefore will have no time to feed.
