If you want to have a go yourself then here is a site that will help you make a good job of the work http://www.clcweb.net/Shooting/Rifle_Trigg...djustments.html BUT do not try to alter a trigger unless you KNOW you can and if you dont feel competant to do that take your rifle to someone who can sort it for you.
