rabbit killer
Anyone got any good data for a flat shooting round out of 25-06??
LeadWasp
I could suggest 100gr sierra gameking using v-N560. The data is on the vihtavouri website. Jump, load range and sweet spot will all be down to your rifle and the pressure it can handle. Sight 2 inches high at 100 and it will be good 250yds plus (way more in fact but I don't have the data to hand).
Underdog
I would of thought it difficult to get a 25-06 load that was anything but flat shooting!
Mark.d.w
what powder are you using
Vince Green
I don't load that calbre but I would think its likely to be very fussy if you are looking at driving a light bullet hard, It has quite a big case volume for a .25, but thats the fun of it. casts_by_fly
the 100 grain weight is pretty much the standard for a lot of people in the 25-06. It is a good deer killing weight as lots of whitetails and pronghorn can attest to. Should be able to drive it quicky without much fuss in loads. thanks, rick

No not fussy - where did you get that idea from?
TONY R
They are not fussy and you could try the sierra 87grain varminters, i have had good results with these and vitavouri N 160.
