everycal
Does anyone have any theories why the above gun would keep snapping firing pins? Said gun has not been fired much but has snapped 2 firing pins in less than 12 months.

Gunman
Several reasons this could happen 1 wrong quality steel used 2 pins to long either nose or back ends 3 action not cocking quick enough when gun is opened 4 some guns have long strikers so may need to have them modified to better profiles 5 do you use snap caps? if so are they have brass inserts? 6 may be that the diameter of the striker nose is smaller than the .100" that is normal [some Spanish guns do } and need to be made thicker which may need the body or disc drilling out 7 striker hole in disc/action is not in line or off center to the hole for the body of the striker After checking these I will start scratching my head .
