That was 10 years ago and they are still going strong. I don't know what the modern ones are like but I can certainly vouch for the older ones. I think the votes given in the poll would be subtly different if you'd asked for current vs 10 year old wellies. Most "decent" manufacturers seem to have moved production from Europe to the Far East and quality has gone out of the window.
