sheene7
Hi Everyone, New to Clay shooting and loving every minute of it. I need to get some lessons and check my gun mounting / fit is right , as theres more losses than kills on my card Can anyone recommend me an instructor in the cheshire area. Dead-Eyed Duck
Best money I ever spent was for a lesson at the Sealand Shooting Ground at Deeside, near Chester, and that was many years ago. No doubt the elderly gentleman who gave me a lesson there has long since departed to the great clay gound in the sky, but his advice and style was superb. Saved me a fortune on cartridges, but more than that it gave me confidence. I know that Magman would say that his cartridge/kills ratio is better than mine, but hey, he never takes a shot at more than 20 yards, and that's with extra, extra open choke with a gun with a 14" barrel Don

magman
Donand I thought that you saved money on carteidges by simply not shooting your gun. webber what like the day we went on a woodcock drive i got two out of three and he never fired a shot perhaps thats why he has a good cartridge/kills ratio now don you got to admit it was a good shot you saw me take on a 40 mph woodcock as don said try sealand shooting school alot seem to like it but not my cup of tea
