NorfolkAYA
Hi all, Got a driven day coming up, my normal choice of cartridge for pigeon shooting is 24gm 6shot. Will these do the job okay? 1/4 and 1/2 choke? Cheers Pete
shoot and be safe
If you can knock a pigeon out of the sky with them at 40 yards, no reason why they shouldn't do the same with a pheasant (presuming that's what you are shooting)
dougall
yep..ideal for any normal pheasant.
Alycidon
If you are using an O/U then Eley VIP is an excellent shell and will deal with any bird as far as you can place the pattern given 28gr of 5s. These would not be to nice in a lightweight SBS though. A
