moondoggy Posted February 6, 2016 Report Share Posted February 6, 2016 Anyone got/used the Wetterlings Wilderness Hatchet? I have been considering buying a Gransfors Bruks Wildlife Hatchet. However, a local supplier has the Wetterlings Wilderness Hatchet in stock and I though I'd ask if anyone has any experience of them. I am still leaning towards the Gransfors. photon Posted February 6, 2016 Report Share Posted February 6, 2016 I have the Gransfors W/H and very pleased with it, The edge is concave, sharp but strong, so not so much material to remove when sharpening in the field. My mate has a Wetterlings and i liked that but prefer mine, Just personal choice. Any chance you can handle them both before you commit to buy.
