Dougy
Managed to bump into a couple last night. I thought I would take out a different tool out last night on a permission that wasn't having a weeks trial run as new member of LACS ;-) One of these must have gone out 1/2 an mile round my position, I watched it circle me at the start at about 400 yards off, disappeared for a short while then appears again. It was running at full cry along a hedge far in the distance on the headlands, disappeared again as the fields raised. I then saw it turn and run through the middle of the field along the line of a 1/2 set crop. Then the glow from the thermal caught it coming through the hedge into the field i was in. It must have needed a rest as it sat for a moment, well just for a moment, before it fell asleep. (Bottom) There 2nd one (top) appeared out of nowhere about 1/2 an hour (coffee break) later just stood on the track, I could see a few rabbits before but no fox, so I really have no idea where it came from, but I know where it was going too.
