What mounts?

Personally, I'd go for Opti-lock rings and bases, but they're very expensive, being well over £100 to buy.

What diameter tube is your scope?

I have a set of Steel Warne Maxima mounts for a 30mm tube, and 42mm-52mm objective lens. Warne are still very good quality mounts, just half the price of new Opti-locks. Mine are model number 15B1M. They were made specifically for the CZ 527 range, and came off my CZ 527 in .204 Ruger, that I sold.

They're as new, and in the original packaging.

Send me a pm if you're interested.

Hi Jamie,

Thanks for the advise. Not got scope yet. Currently using a hawke 6.5-20 off my hmr, but at full mag, which is where the 204 normally sits, optically it is very poor. I am kicking myself for selling a lovely zeiss conquest 6.5-20, so will be looking for similar, but not sure if tube size yet as.

Cheers

Stu
