novice cushie shooter
Anyone see it on more4 sunday night. Some blasts from the past. Shows how much we have changed in terms of PC, some for the better some is way over the top. The critics were well chosen to say the least!! keg
And for me, funny prog but some of the social commentators did not look old enough to remember the 1980s
figgy
Let's face it was ok in the eighties because it was normal. A lot of expressions used then we're not derogatory like they became at a later date. As humorous laugh at the eghties I enjoy it. But for the comedians and other personalities to then look down their noses and become all pc is just too much. Bernard Manning was hilarious in his day and he poked fun at every creed and colour in the audience, when people get all uppity over it now I think the audience wasn't forced to go they knew what they were getting.
