With bikes I always start with all the basic (cheaper fixes) and rule them out first...

Filters

Plugs

Battery

Fuel pump

Not sure on the YBR 125 but my Suzuki had a diagnostic mode where you put a wire to bridge the two pins on a connector and it gave you any fault codes which you could easily get from the web might be worth checking if yours has similar as the bike could tell you what's wrong and save you hours of trial and error

Always check the easy things first 👍 as for bridging the connectors, on a certain age Honda cbr1000 if you bridge 2 of the fuse holders together it disables the alarm and immobilizer... Don't ask how I know

Does your bike live outside? If so check your fuel tank for water, I've worked on 2 of them that had faulty petrol tank seals and you can get water in the fuel system which causes this type of problem.

You should also hear the fuel pump prime when you switch the ignition on..
