ShootingEgg
Am hoping to have some pheasants hatch this weekend, regarding crumb feed and the grower pellets is there a specific type to use? As in not give them standard chicken grower pellets etc? Cheers
TIDES EDGE
How many you expecting to get if only a small number you will struggle to get pheasant food in small amounts so use chicken chick crumb and growers or if you know a keeper get some pheasant feed from them. rodney
I rear about 200 each year and have always used chick crumbs but also feed them eggs to increase the protein as chick crumbs are lower than game bird crumbs
