Clever T2 Expert Game Cartridges

Recommended Posts

Many thanks. I'm awaiting a reply to an e-mail. I think I'm right in saying that our man Webber also has a finger in this particular pie.

Sorry chaps.

I did stock Clever cartridges, but have now run my stock down to zero with no current plans to re stock.

Clever are cracking cartridges, but the low demand in my area did not justify the storage space and investment for a very slow and low return.

We have created a new cartridge store room which has given us the space to commence the much needed expansion of the gun shop; this will be complete in the next couple of weeks.

Thought Webber dealt with Fiochi cartridges not Clever Mirage.

I do. I keep almost every cartridge that Fiocchi produce; however I am currently not replacing some of the slower moving lines, but will get them in to order.

I did give Clever a run but was generally unsuccessful as it took too long to move them.

When I started selling Fiocchi cartridges shooters came from many parts of the North West and North Wales to obtain the cartridges, I did very well. However as Fiocchi in the UK became better known and appreciated, more stockists were established which obviously reduced my throughput.

I thought that I may be able to do the same with the Clever Mirage brand but failed to pull it off.

  • 2 weeks later...

Eley make a 32g 6.5 shot cartridge called the HB Pigeon and darn good it is too. Trouble is it's a 67mm case which can make it S/A fussy.

Good choice Wymberley I bet they are very good. Do let us know what you think of them.

I tried some of Georges 30g loads when he branded some for Thetford Guns.
