novice cushie shooter
Was out looking for foxes early doors this morning, no foxes but went for a wander and spotted a doe and her calf preening and playing less than 20 yards away. Watched em for 20 mins oblivious to my presence. Then i sat out and watched 3 hares messing about. Great day to be out. All the poults are grand too! https://www.dropbox.com/sc/7wdr4ywpu075g4y/AABWGYy6e0b2cE5cFTjGaRYXa
scutt
Done exact same thing over the past week or so (lot of cover still about) watched roe deer hares etc .Good time to plan rough days found out we have thirty or so canadas on the fields and spotted a few places where the bunnies are returning so never time wasted .Thought I might have hade a chance at a fox or two as the farm is calving again but no show and the poults are getting bigger and wiser every day. WelshMike
Always nice just to sit and watch the world go by at times. I watched a hare trot through my decoy pattern Sunday morning whilst crow shooting but was not quick enough to get a picture.
