sitsinhedges
As I understand it Lyalvale have screwed us for cheap Vectan powder now by refusing to sell bulk drums to dealers for decanting into smaller amounts. You now have the choice of either buying the small pots they sell at twice the price or get stuffed. It would seem that even though they are the UK distributor for Vectan they find reloaders to be a pain in the rear and have no real desire to facilitate reloading. All they want to do is make and sell shells. I understand John at FES is in the process of changing his powder range as a result of this so give him a call and see what he has as an alternative now. PS to the OP, fill in your location and there's always the chance someone can help you out.
TONY R
Its a tragedey lyalvale Are the vectan disstributors, they never have been forthcoming to reloaders its just not in their remit it seems.

Not sure if there is any data for CSB5 in the 20 it would be light loads im guessing in a 20 bore if it is but its cheapish at the moment ask claygame. Or PSB2 a bit more money but more suited to 20s .
rbrowning2
I phoned John at FES on Wednesday looking for Tecna powder, he has no Vectan AS, A1 or A0 available now and does not expect to stock it any more due to what he said was a change in policy by the uk supplier. He is hopping to update his website very soon now but it has taken longer to do than he had expected he now has in stock CSB5, PSB+3 and PSB+2special To replace the Vectan powders at a price that keeps reloading afloat. Personally lyavale cartridges are expensive and they can keep them.

Whats psb+2 special is that the new name for the new powder that they said was exactly the same as the old psb2 bit is nothing like it
