Michael Scotland Posted December 24, 2016 Report Share Posted December 24, 2016 Hi lads ladies I have two Cocker spaniels that I would like to breed from they are both excellent working dogs and it would be my intention to keep two from any litter the problem being I live in Scotland were at the moment docking is baned my two one from Wales and one from the borders are both docked and I don't want to breed from them if the ban will not be lifted .Has anyone got any idea when this might be ?
