I would have thought that has absolutely nothing to do with the RFU though. T-shirt is some awful cheap knock off without any official branding on it whatsoever. You just have to look at the layout of it to see its done to not infringe any brand or copyright law.

 

The RFU were hurt by filming a Nike advert a couple of years ago in preparation for a grandslam, that Ireland stopped England winning. They wouldn't do it again.
