Ferretboy111
Here are a few pics of the foxes i took on wednesday with my cz .223, and again another fox cub last night. Have found another litter along side a main road that cuts through my shoot, was 4 at one point, but found 1 dead on the road friday and another tonight, cars are saving me the battle and ammo. Friday nights cub, 150yrds--- http://i107.photobucket.com/albums/m317/fe...11/DVC00276.jpg Wednesday nights, cub and dog fox 100 yrds---- http://i107.photobucket.com/albums/m317/fe...11/DVC00263.jpg Alex

tikkamark
No matter what i hate seeing the cubs getting flattened on the road even though i shoot a awful lot of them with the rifle id rather see them go that way that get hit by a car and suffer.I seen a cub dead on the road today and another cub was sitting beside it i had to avoid it and looked back only to see the cub come back out of the hedge and sit beside his dead brother or sister i dont know if im going soft but i just rather see them go quick and humain than suffer. Ferretboy111
Cheers, and to top it all off..... ive got more permission on my ajoining land on my shoot... he said there was shed loads of foxes. Best get the FLO to take a look first, what a pain. He owns the field with the cubs by the road on, more summer lamping! Alex
weejohn
Great shooting there ferretboy, i can honestly say that during all the years i have been shooting i have never seen a small fox cub during the night or day (except road kills).
