welshwarrior
I've had the privilege of meeting him a few times nice down to earth gentleman who the first time put a nervous 14 year old lad at ease while he did a demo during a school visit. He also has a good sense of humour imho that m. Well done DoE and I hope you enjoy a long retirement.
paulnix
He is a good bloke, and I know he is not the queen, but the issue I have is that upon the coronation, Britain was still great Britain, but during the reign of some 64 years, Britain has gone downhill, and yet not one word said about it, I know all this protocol nonsense says they are not allowed to poke their noses in, but they should have spoken out about the large swathes of their 'kingdom' which are now totally alien and foreign. Be under no illusions as to who's fault it is the way the country has gone, it is our fault and only ours, we let it happen.
