sitsinhedges
I've got one and it's about 6 3/4lb and on a 20 gauge frame. I've put maybe 25000 shells thru it without a problem and the wood is far better than a basic Beretta. What more do you want for £700? I used to own a 20g Silver Pigeon but that was very light and really kicked whereas with the 20g Alcione I never notice recoil even if I put 100+ pigeon loads thru it. Some 20's are built on 12 bore frames and some are scaled down accordingly, which is more appropriate in my opinion. I owned a Franchi self loader in 20 bore, which was a superb shotgun, but have no experience of their OU's. My nephew owned a Lincoln Sporting deluxe in 20 bore. It was a very nice gun.
