Have you ever been to Lincoln or seen what a Tracked vehicle will do to block paving which a lot of the high street is! Would love to work for you as it’s obvious your the epitome of efficiency in your life, if you judge everything else to be so poor. No I've never been to Lincoln, however a solution could have been found, off the top of my head put boards or steel plate down, far harder engineering projects are overcome all the time, as usual though, the spineess buricrats turn to the easiest answer to cover their own ****. In my opinion saying no was a disgrace to the brave men who died, most of the people involved in blocking the decision probably haven't got the first idea of what to sacrifice or bravery is, they make me sick! Luckly their there were brave men out there who made the ultimate sacrifice to defend these spineess people who I'm sure would have rolled over left to defend themselves. Pistol p
I'm looking forward to seeing this. There's a few more to come via north one productions apparently. I've just finished the last of his books, brilliant reading especially his time riding the tour divide. Brilliant bloke.
getthegat
Had a few minutes yesterday and went to catch up, started watching this and it seems terrific. That tank dug out of the ground in France and in that barn.....what a story and to have the grandson of one of the crew! Astonishing and moving, can't wait to see it all. getthegat
What an emotional Sunday morning. Finished watching Guy Martin and the recreation of the first world war tank. Absolutely brilliant. The people that made that happen....wow. Evoked so many memories and emotions. The guys in the original tanks going into the unknown..... I just can't imagine what they were feeling, what the enemy's were feeling. Guy Martin tipifies the British spirit, the can do attitude. My grasp of the English language is not sufficient to put it into words, but I thought he and the other people involved did an amazing job. Excellent TV.
