Since the new barrel (border sassen 24”) was put on the riglemhas done very little work (under 200 rounds). The action is smooth and tight and the rifle shoots incredibly well. The action and barrel were ceracoted by the gunsmith (jager sa) and the barrel is screwcut 14/1 with an invisible thread protector. Rifle can come with a set of 1” third eye tactical scope rings. palmer_mike Posted December 27, 2017 Report Share Posted December 27, 2017 I bought it on a whim and then had the barrel done as the previous owner had chopped the original to 18” (not very efficient for a 25-06). since having it back from the gunsmith (about 2 years) I’ve developed a load for it but only taken it out stalking maybe 1/2 a dozen times.
