Blackandgold
Hi I've bought a BSA ultra se and it occasionally doesn't cock almost like the bolt hasn't latched onto something and it springs forward resulting in a loaded pellet and no air ! Any ideas what it could be ?
sportsbob
The trigger being to sensetive on the second stage?
Ultrastu
Trigger engagement is too fine and light .adjust the nut so its a bit heavier and has more holding the hammer back .it sounds dangerous the way it is now .
Longbower
As Ultrastu says . It sounds like the trigger has been adjusted to be too lightly engaged. Look on the net to see how to adjust a Se trigger . Plenty of info there. good luck.
Guest
Somthing like this happened to my Ultra. It got worse over time and at one point it could fire by itself if I just cocked it! I send it back to BSA to repair it and it was good as gold after.
