ShootingEgg Posted March 4, 2018 Report Share Posted March 4, 2018 Today decided to have a go at making some sausages, popped round a mates house who had a mincer and a manual sausage machine. Had 4kg of venison so minced it, added some pork mince and a hunters feast mix for flavour. Photo of the results. Before and after, might be in after then before photo order. And yeah used the pink danger powder to cure it... Haha. it made close to 80 sausages from 4Kg of meet, two haunches... Didn't taste that bad either.
