He's in the news today. He shot and killed someone using a Beretta S/A and then handed the gun to his kid, to take the blame.

 

Over a FaceBook argument, of all things.

Its strange that on the few I've read that there's no mention whether its legally owned or not.

'The prosecution claimed Moseley opened his front door and fired a Beretta semi-automatic shotgun once at Mr Holt.

But Moseley, a keen clay pigeon shooter who kept 23 guns lawfully at his home, claimed he tried to knock the gun out of his son's hands when he saw it being aimed at Mr Holt.

Mr Holt died of a single gunshot wound.'

Not the best advert for legal gun ownership.
