Hector Vector
This is a bit of a long shot but here goes: has anybody on here got a Centec 2A, B or C milling machine? I’ve just bought a 2B (with the very desirable Mk3 head) for peanuts but it’s incomplete. I could break it for parts for many times what it cost me but I’d rather keep it as it’s a better machine than the one I’m currently using. I’ve sourced some of the missing bits and some others I can make but the real issue is the table feed screw half nuts, I cannot find any clear pictures of how they are configured. I was wondering if anyone has a Centec and, if so, whether they could take some good, clear photos of the half nut assembly for me? Thank you. It doesn't show me how they fit to the knee and what means of clamping them around the feed screw is used. That's what I need to see...
