20g O/U hushpower advice

Ive got an investarm hushpower 20g, using it tonight the whole moderator came loose and slide forward after the shot and could easily be slide forward and see the barrel ports , would the small grub screw at the end nearest the stock cause it come loose? I have just got home and tightened it and will see or is there something else I should try? anyone else experienced this?

Sounds dangerous to me .id get it to a smith or back to saddelry and gun room .before any more shots are taken .

On mine the outer sleeve is threaded onto a fixed block at the stock end and locked with a button head screw.

if the block attached to the barrels has come loose that sounds serous as on mine it is locked solid

Reading the instructions it says it can be removed for cleaning after considerable use. But if as you say its come loose on its own I would phone saddlery and gun room this morning and ask for advise before further use. They are extremely helpful.

Thanks for all the advice guys, spoken to saddlery and gun room and im taking it down to them Saturday and they said they will sort it all out as it should most defiantly not be like that , they seem very helpful indeed
