Cooked this up last night for me and the missus. A simple pigeon & bacon tagliatelle.

Firstly I placed about five rounds of tagliatelle in a pan of water and boil for approx 10mins. Whilst this is boling in a seperate pan add 1/2 onion and a clove of garlic (finely chopped) and sweat them down for about 5 mins or so until the onions are almost see through then add some mushrooms finley chopped (have to do them fine because she dont like them  ) together with a large **** of butter then add three rashers of smokey bacon (finely chopped)and let it all cook for about another 5 mins.In a seperate pan add about one tablespoon of olive oil then cook pigeon breast for about 1-2 min a side then take out and rest for a few mins. Whilst this is going on add some single cream to the onion/bacon mix and stir for about a min or two then add this to the drained tagliatelle and re heat for another min or so. Place Tagliatelle mix on plate then finely cut pigeon breast and place on top.

Now thats FAST FOOD that I like :stupid::stupid:
