Hi

Been looking for a while now and just cant seem to find what im looking for.

So I wondered how many of you out there had a traditional looking ESS rather then one with Rytex in.

(I have a ESS Bitch which is completely White, all but a small amount of Liver, which is on the Head and Tail, KC Reg etc.)

What I call traditional is a solid B/W or Liver Body, Dark head with either a thin blade of white running through the centre of the face or with a completely coloured head with a white even nozzle.

I have spoken to a guy who only breeds non rytex lines and the above look is not that common. Seen a few pics today of some for sale but again the colouring was just not what i am looking for.

Seem to find a few which are not Pedigree/KC Reg but none at present which are KC etc.

Thought it would be an interesting topic to raise,

Cheers

I have been told by several people including an ex Crufts Judge, that my ESS pup Harvey has a very good head, colouring, and moves well ...reminisant of the older strains.....

not like thos narrow headed things about knowadays that are passed of as ESS's

what do you think??.........he is of good stock and has papers coming out if his little hairy.....................hind quarters :good:
