Chezney
Went and snapped. Got a new one for £25. Has anyone replaced this themselves? If so, how hard was it? Or should I just take it to the smith

impala59
With a small screwdriver (jewellers) depress the spring follower and rotate the extractor out (towards the firing pin hole) make sure you control the spring and follower during this manoeuvre and when the extractor is out gently ease the pressure off. While you have the spring, follower and extractor out, clean the apertures for reliable function
