Paul in North Lincs.
I have always found that laid crop is much better shoot over than swathed crop..............
fieldwanderer
having never tried - how do you go about decoying in crops? I assume you just put your deeks on a patch where the crop's already been flattened, on top of the corn/rape/whatever. right? looking foreward to having some stubble to shoot over but I'm skint so I cant see too many big bags on the way but I'll do my bit. Might come down to popping them with the .22 when they land (cheaper ammo)
Pedro
Raced the rain home from London after an early turn today knowing that my permission is in the middle of harvesting his OSR. Beat it easily :o , and saw that they were on the last bit of the field as I went past - excellent I thought, Mrs P and menagerie in Devon at Mum in laws, so I can stay out a long as I want. :o Into the garage to sort everything out. Come out and find its' flippin raining cats and dogs - ****** Lets just hope it's better tomorrow afternoon :( P.
