Having to irrigate every thing

If this is what I'm thinking about it is Thames Water and treated consumer water.  No idea where the water came from originally, but most recently it must have been from a treatment plant.

It was also built several years ago!

A couple of days of sun and probably a hose pipe ban anyway.

hello, thats TWA for you, cannot fix the leaks so best have a hose pipe ban,
