Fisherman Mike
My Nephew is showing a keen interest in Shotgun Shooting he is 16 and although a novice seems to be a natural. I took him for the first time yesterday and he shot 10 pigeon from 25 cartridges! His birthday approaches and I would like to encourage him with a decent book which explains the development of the shotgun and its correct use. He has (unknown to him) some tuition lined up by a qualified instructor but I thought a decent book would be a ideal gift. Can any body reccomend a title. Thanks. FM. remytherussell
You might trry to get hold of "The Shotgun" by Macdonald Hastings. Quite an old issue but very informative. You better guns might try "Shooting, Why We Miss" by the same author. Put me straight a few times when the bad habits kick in. cheers.
